Staff is unprofessional! Thia girl aksara did my hair and didn't do what I asked! terrible!
Never go to this place. Someone name Christi did hair cut and she doesnt know how to do hair cut. Total hair cut is a mess. uneven. and uneven back shape. i am now too ashamed to go to office with this hair cut. Stupid salon.
Firstly, I think Supercuts is a stepping stone for a lot of stylist, therefore, it can be a hit or miss. There was one Russian/Eastern European stylist that used to work there named Olena who gave me as good of a cut as most NYC stylists…
They take fore errrrr to cut you hair, management is rude, push you to buy something which is annoying and I will never go back
